Meditation is not something we need to do. Its undoing everything and watching thoughts which comes and goes. Meditate daily for atleast 21 minutes in the morning and 21 minutes in the night. 

It will strengthen you mentally and open the inner peaceful and blissful dimension of human life.

We are temporary beings in this earth. We need to discover our immortal nature before this body ceases to avoid rebirth. Exploring inner dimensions also helps to remove our fear and also it provides us freedom from bondages. Inspite of running in the race ,we start living life alive. We start experiencing bliss. We start to explore the vast unknown dimension. We gain strength. We start feeling our infinite dimension. Paths are many as Shree Shree RamaKrishna  Parmhansa said. So , we should atleast try with one step which will gradually take us to the right path which will help us to explore the truth.
