About 60 percent of human body is made of water and 71 percent of Earth's
surface is covered by water.

Before drinking water please keep 4 rules in mind, 

1. Firstly, drink water like tea in small sips.
It transports all saliva to the stomach which helps to balance the acidity of stomach.
Also it helpls in digestion.

2. Secondly, don't drink chilled fridge water. When chilled water enters stomach
there is a fight where stomach tries to balance the heat but unfortunately if stomach
looses and stomach becomes cool it may cool the heart function resulting in cooling
of the brain function. Ihere are chances of death. Its best to drink water of room temperature
or cold water of earthern pot.


3. Thirdly, drink water 40 minutes before meal and 1 hour after meal. 
It allows to maintain the necessary heat energy required in stomach for digesting food.
It works on the same principle of cooking food which needs heat energy.
As a result food gets digested and can be absorbed in body and also no gas forms.
Additionally it also decreases the hunger  resulting in less intake of some calories which can
benefit in weight loss in the long run.

4. We should drink water after we wake up atleast 2 to 3  glasses of water.
It helps to clear constipation as well as hydrate the body for the whole day.

We should consume minimum 8 glasses of water.
